Appointment Cancellation Policy

Lash Appointments

Please come to your appointment with your skin clean and bare. (Be sure to use OIL FREE products when cleaning your lash extensions). Please make sure your lashes themselves are clean and free of debris. Please remove contacts before your service.

Eyelash Extension Fills

75% or more of existing lash set must be intact for a 2 week fill. 50% or for of existing lash set for a 3 week fill. 50% or less of existing set will be considered a FULL SET. If there is debris & build up on your lashes a $10.00 cleaning fee will be added to your service. Prepare to relax for a considerable amount of time with minimum talking.
